Ruby Sparks Ticket Giveaway (!!!)
I am a huge film nerd. I don’t discuss it much on here, but those subjected to my incessant geekdom will attest to the previous statement. When it comes to selecting movies, I run the gamut from Stanley Kubrick sci-fi genius to Nora Ephron romcom goodness, but there will always be a soft spot in my cinematic palette for arthouse flicks. It’s really inspiring what a film crew can do with minimal financial backing, and they’re often the projects directors, writers and actors feel most passionate about.
That being said, I’m excited to announce my next giveaway will be 9 pairs of tickets (that’s 18 tickets, but who’s counting?) to see Ruby Sparks at Cincinnati’s Esquire Theatre next Tuesday, August 7th! Ruby Sparks is a romantic comedy from Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, the directors of Little Miss Sunshine. The film is not only directed by a real life couple, but also stars real life couple Paul Dano and Zoe Kazan, who also wrote the screenplay.
These will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis, so enter quickly!
